Today's interview was really encouraging. Terri has a great story finding her calling of writing for God's glory and as a result many people have come to the Lord and otherwise been encouraged by the trials she uses for her stories. The final book in her Intervention Series, Downfall, wraps up a story about a young woman dealing with addiction and her mother, who hopes for the best, but fears the worst.

You can listen to this podcast on iTunes (HERE).

Downfall Giveaway:

Terri is running a giveaway at her website http://www.terriblackstock.com/contests/ that runs through 5pm March 7th (Wednesday). I rushed to get this out tonight so that you'd have at least one day to enter. Sorry about the late notice, but this is a great cause, so go check it out. The winner will receive $500 for themself and $500 towards an addiction-based Christian ministry or church outreach of your choice.

In this episode we got a chance to interview Luke Alistar in regards to writing, how to deal with difficult topics, and we even got to hear about Luke's introduction to Ted Dekker. :D

I am obliged to state that this interview does deal with difficult subjects, in regards to writing real life issues, but is in no way violating.  I am very pleased with this episode and it remains my favorite interview process thus far (yes, I know you've only listened to one other one, but I have done several other interviews).  I encourage everyone to listen to it.  It is worth the hour of time it will take you.You can subscribe to the podcast on iTunes (here).

I'm excited about this show because we get some of the Holy Worlds ladies to join the show and share some funny experiences they had at the first Holy Worlds Convention. It sounds like some solid relationships were formed as they bonded in the scorching hot temps of St. Louis and resorted to rock fights and dunking in the park's river. Don't miss out on a powerful word of encouragement at the end and some behind the scenes dreams for the future of Holy Worlds.

The Holy Worlds Community Story has been named Triterrus, based on the universe in which it takes place. Triterrus is an alternate history where God created three worlds for humans to populate. The portals connecting them were cut off and over time the three worlds grew apart. Earth is known as the dwarf world, and the other two are giant world and elf world. Where the giants are savage, the elves are methodical. Listen to a brainstorming session meant to get us further acquainted with the intricacies of these worlds. We still have a lot of development to do. If this setting interests you, head over to the Triterrus subforum on Holy Worlds and start a new topic on how you'd like to participate.

Next week we will bring you part 2 of Robert Treskillard's interview. See you then!

Eruheran created this for his world, Enderion. He's the guy in charge of getting your own subforum for worldbuilding your own world.
